1. Eligibility and Entry Requirements
Eligibility: You must be over 18 years of age and reside in New Zealand to enter and win this competition.
Entry Method: You can enter via the Fertility Associates website and newsletter by filling out the entry form. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Competition Period: The competition opens on 22nd October 2024 and entries close on 5th November 2024.
2. Prize Details
Prize Description: The winner will receive a one-year subscription to the Endo45 App, valued at $179.88.
Prize Conditions: The annual subscription is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
3. Winner Selection and Notification
Selection Process: A random selection generator will be used to select the winner, and this selection is final. If the selected winner does not accept the prize or subscription terms, a second random draw will be conducted to establish a new winner if applicable.
Notification: The winner will be announced on the Endo45 Instagram page on 6th November 2024 and notified by email. If a secondary draw is required, it will be conducted within 7 working days of 6th November 2024.
4. Collection and Use of Personal Information
Purpose: Endo45 Limited will collect personal information from entrants solely for the purposes of running the competition, notifying the winner, and contacting entrants about Endo45 offerings, newsletters, and updates.
