Stop endometriosis in its tracks!

Meet Endo45 Founder, Juliet Oliver.

Juliet knows first hand what life is like living with debilitating endometriosis. After stopping birth control at 30, she was suddenly hit with intense pelvic pain, chronic fatigue, extrteme bloating and all sorts of weird symptoms. With an engineers mind, she couldn’t rest until she figured out what was going on and a way to fight it.

Juliet dove deep into her research, consulting every expert she could find, working out proven remedies. She learned loads about how the gut, hormones, and inflammation work together and eventually found her own life-changing solution.

Fast forward seven years and a successful surgery later, Juliet has managed to keep her stage 4 endometriosis and PCOS under control. And welcomed the birth to her beautiful son!

How is Endo45 different from cycle trackers?

Endo45 works off of a unique model - EndoFit. EndoFit is a measure of how well you’re managing your symptoms and may be improved by following the recommendations within the app and logging more good days.

The recommendations are aligned with the goal you select and the score updates every time you log. So the more you track and do, the more accurately we trend your path to EndoFit.

With a wealth of knowledge from Endo experts, the habits that you create will move the dial towards remission. No band-aid solutions, just actionable strategies for you to take back control and feel good again.

What is my EndoFit score?

Your EndoFit score is a personalised rating calculated by the Endo45 app to help you understand how far you are from living your best life with endometriosis. This score is unique to you and is designed to give a snapshot of your current condition, then track your progress over time as you start to live well and become EndoFit.

Derived from factors including your symptom severity, menstrual cycle, lifestyle inputs, and ongoing tracking data, it is then broken down by pillars: pain, energy, endo belly, hormones, and life force, so you can see how each is contributing to your overall score.

If it's climbing, you're consistently having more 'best days'! The higher your score, the better you are managing your endometriosis symptoms according to the data you've logged. Keep up with regular logging for the truest reflection of your progress.

Reached 100 - Adjust your 'best' and 'worst' day levels in the settings, choose a new ‘best self’ goal, and keep soaring towards that 100!

Important: If your score remains 'Off Track', after completing healthy habits and quick hits, it's time to seek out Medical endometriosis specialist guidance. Remember to always seek medical advice on your condition.
